Would real estate agents want a simpler closing process?

Hi everyone!

I have always thought that the closing process was unecessarily inconvenient and manual. A buddy of mine in tech was telling me how he was playing with the idea of creating a solution to make the closing process even faster and reduce closing fees. I personally found this to be a great idea but wanted to here other people's opinion to get a feel for potential regional differences across the states.
