Brokerages in New York City?

Jason Foxx
Posted
I just recently got my New York State Real Estate License and have yet to join a brokerage. I graduated college in May and am looking for a brokerage that I can work with part time that does listings predominantly in NYC, possibly NJ too for referrals. If anyone is familiar with the market and has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

If you are serious about this full-time, go with ColdWell Banker / Sothebys  or Corcoran Group.
