What is best CRM to use?

Question

There are so many options for Real Estate CRM's and many are not easy to use.  I am hoping to get a lot of response on what is being use out there that other agents love and would highly recommend.  Thanks for your time in advance.

I am loving a new CRM called Sphere.  Usesphere.com      It is designed by real estate agents and has so much to offer....and is super reasonable in price.   30 day free trial with NO Credit card for the trial     I love it!!

First what should a CRM do?

IMHO

Have campaigns for phone text email follow up

Have a phone system

Have a text system

Have an email system

Have chat both external and internal

Have webforms

Have RVM

Have conference rooms

Have file storage

Have a CRM attached and seamlessly churning data

I have been down this road many times Sheila.  In short, the best Real Estate CRM to use is the one that fits your personality and habits in my opinion.  They all have their pros and cons and you will never find the perfect one.  There will always be one that seems like its better than what you already have.  Pick the one that works best with your skills sets, habits and personality.

@Sheila VardakisI've used many different CRM's - the best one is the one you will use! My short answer is BoomTown.  I believe in it so much that I provide it for our entire team.  It can work for a solo agent and is fully scalable for large organizations.  You will get what you pay for, so I'd recommend gaining clarity on what you want out of your CRM.....
