I am living in central New Jersey and I am looking for a real estate agent located in Pennsylvania who can help me find a Multifamily investment property. Have you decided which area in Pennsylvania that you want to invest in?

Agents normally focus on one specific area as to a state as a whole.

Normally an agent in Pittsburgh will not be the same agent if you also wanted to invest in Philadelphia.
