Wholesaling. Where to start? Got Wisdom?
Hello everyone... Id like to talk about an interesting topic. Yes... WHOLESALING. I have come across wholesaling a couple times and I have done somewhat research (I have been listening to max Maxwell) on wholesaling and I have heard about multiple people who have quite an amount of success in this form of real estate investing.I also knwo that many people do have many thoughts and opinions on wholesaling (but dont people always have an opinion for almost everything) Anyways, I would like to get some feedback and wisdom from people who have done it in the OC/LA county area. I am very interested and highly motivated but I would like to be pointed in the right direction. I do not want to be led astray as I am aware that there are many who claim to do business with integrity.
So please, what is the right way of doing wholesale?
