In the state of Indiana I know that you have to hold a brokers license to be a property manager under certain conditions. I currently work for a brokerage not my own. My question is if I open a PM company do I have to share fees with my brokerage since its a separate business or do I only have to share leasing fees?
Does anyone have experience starting their own pm business in Indiana?
