Strategies for finding Investing Clients

Hey BP Community,

I'm a new agent in Woodbridge, Virginia, and I want to eventually build myself to mainly work with investors. Problem is, with me being new to the business, I'm curious about finding and working with clients who are purely purchasing/selling investment properties. I want to see how they work, what it takes, and just be in the game, as I have goals myself of owning investment properties.

Are there any investor friendly agents here who would be willing to give me some advice?

Join your local REIA. They usually have a fair amount of investors both new and seasoned.
