Hello Bigger Pockets,
What online or in-class real estate school would you recommend in Florida for the 63 hour FREC Course?
My wife and I have decided to jump into real estate with both feet this year. We finally have the financial savings and time to maximize our potential for success! My wife has decided to get her real estate license as part of her "tool belt" while we invest. Also, how does she go about joining a great broker agency in our area? Any other information you think would be helpful is greatly appreciated.
Thank You All!
Derek & Laura
You will learn more in a live class about Actual real estate transactions and the business. Don’t know which schools you have locally, but Go,d Coast down here is good.
I saw good reviews for Gold Coast. I will give them a call. Gold Coast School
@Maria McCreless Thank You for the recommendation. How do you guys like working together as agents?
@Derek Stalhut , he took the in class a few months ago, but has not taken his state exam yet. I am super ready for him to do so, because it will really help me out from a backup standpoint.
I took my course with Rowlett Real Estate School. They have a narrated video course that is really good. I was able to even call the office and actually speak to the instructor that was in the video. I thought that was amazing. It took some research to find the best Florida real estate school and I hit the jackpot when I found Rowlett because I had no trouble at all passing my state exam on the first try. I am more of a visual learner and the course itself was awesome. I was able to listen without being bogged down with so much reading. The videos had extra explanations and animations that really helped me with the math. If you are looking for a video course you can get it at www.rowlettrealestateschool.com. Best of Luck!
