Anyone know of any good Investor - Friendly agents in Tx? Preferably, in Houston if possible. 1. For MLS Comps 2. Expired Listings 3. Post Wholetail Deals for a % (I've got a guy charging me 6% to post my wholesale deals on the MLS, looking for something a little better) Plus, i'll also refer sellers (that aren't negotiable for a wholesale or owner finance deal) to list with you.
