Real estate agent for investors

Hey all,

I’m a new real estate agent licensed in Iowa. I’m specializing my services to my sphere of influence and investors. There’s 2300 agents in the Des Moines metro area so it’s difficult to stand out. I’m looking for some general advice on how I should go about acquiring investor leads, and how I can stand out from other agents?
