Greetings,
First, I want to express my gratitude to BP and all the members and guests, great site and extremely helpful, it gives hopes for those who are interested. My only regrets is that I did not come across this site 5 or 6 years ago, but its never too late and its better to be late then never.
I work full time, however, I have been listening BP podcasts, going through posts and reading recommended books by the members and that been on this podcasts since December 2018. I want to build up my experience in real estate while working full time and start investing , baby steps obviously.
My first step is to get my real estate licence in Illinois, CRES seems to have a good feedback
