Buying property off the mls
I have a friend who has shown me how to buy property with no money and no credit . He showed me different strategies on finding motivated sellers but I haven’t had any progress. I found a couple of properties on the mls and for the strategy I’m using the properties are good acquisitions. My first question is what do I say to the listing agent on my approach ? 2nd question is could I get the property under contract without an emd and a pof ?
