I think I’m being played help needed

I’m in the process of buying a house in Indianapolis. The realtor is selling it for $92000 and has appraisal at $107000. I seen same home listed on Zillow for $79900 and Zillow says it’s worth 74000. I put $2500 on it. How can I get out of it?

@Ev Aguiar  I agree with Brian.  Get your own appraisal done regardless of who is selling it.
