Best Brokers For New Agents In Westchester NY

Hello all, as a real estate agent in Westchester County NY, I'm wondering which brokerage is the best for new agents. 

I'm doing research and it's saying Keller Williams but when I speak to agents, majority of them tell me KW is not the place for new agents. 

I'm looking at KW and HomeSmart to begin my journey.

Any advise would be much appreciated.
