I've had good experiences with Adam Rose - he has also spoken to the RI Real Estate Investors Group a few times.

I'm not allowed to post contact info here on BP but you can look him (or any attorney) up on the RI Bar members directory.

Adam is based in North Providence. If proximity is an issue, I've also had good experiences with Doug Smith in Providence (Cranston line) and David Johnston in Warwick.

Melissa D'Ellena was the most recent attorney to speak at RIREIG and I believe she's based out of East Greenwich.

All of the above are focused exclusively on real estate (to the best of my knowledge/experience).
