RE Agents in Philadelphia - Looking for Recommendations

Hi BP! My partners and I are looking for recommendations for RE Agents in Philadelphia that are familiar with the full slate of the investment process, and preferably that have a solid network of contractors, property managers, etc. We're in good shape in terms of financing, but are looking for someone that can help us grow a long-term BRRR position in the market that has the perspective of an investor. Two of our partners are very familiar with the Philly market, but since (as previous posts have said), Philly is a "city of neighborhoods", we want to work with someone that understands the dynamic of the city and the surrounding areas very well.
