I am just starting out as a Real Estate Agent, and am looking for knowledge management tools. Whether it is lead generation, CRM, or any other resources, what are the favorite tools in your digital toolbox?
Check with your local mls. Usually there are several and no one uses
@Thomas Nordberg Google maps or pre installed Maps app on your iPhone! Most useful app to an agent in my opinion. Just kidding! I would say it really depends on your use for the moment. I know a few agents that would swear their social media apps are all they need. Others, their brokerages recommended CRM apps and software.
My local MLS (FlexMLS), Homesnap, ShowingTime, iSupra (keybox), Monsoon (Tax Assessor) and ActiveFarm! ;)
Trello. This is the tool that helps me stay organized and keep track of the million things we have going on
once it goes nationwide " Property Radar " for those that work in the states its already in.. I highly recommend this program not sure you would say its an app since you use it also on your home computer or lap top.
the information on it is just so darn robust.. I cant imagine being an investor without it..
@Nathaniel Cheek Thanks! I may just do that myself for my state as well.
@Thomas Nordberg RPR and himesnapp
Yes, RPR is another one, but I only use it on my desktop so that's why I didn't mention it here! ;))
@Bevla Reeves there’s an app for RPR as well!
Suuweet!! I'll have to download the app, thanks, Neil!! ;)
Duh, I totally forgot I have the RPR app on my phone already!!
I have to remember that!!! ;))
