Florida R-E Exam

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions in regards to Florida Real-estate exam.

1.) Is it possible to pass the real-estate (agent) exam without taking any classes?

2.) What books are recommended to study?

3.) How does RE- Investor sustain an income? By purchasing multiple homes/complexes and renting them out?
