Hey BP!

Really quick, I finally have blocked out time to work on real estate (I’ve been working full-time at my day job BUT just resigned so now I have the time lol).

I’m big on being remote yet accessible as I’m building my real estate business I have few questions:

Are any agents getting listings completely virtual and actually listing all virtual (never meeting the seller)? If so what does that look like?

Any agents familiar with Fathom Realty?

If your an agent that is niche specific, what are you into and why?

Agents that offer relocation services what does that look like?
