Licensed agent Looking to develop a mailing list to bring in new listings. What criteria would you narrow down to or would you just blanket the neighborhoods w EDDM? I have a system for getting things addressed and stamped if I can determine some criteria to improve my chances of success. I have a title agent willing to supply the lists.

@Jason K. you might want to try out Listsource where you can filter by equity, last market sale date, property types, etc. Below is the screenshot of my list criteria which has been getting me some good response from my direct mail.
