Getting my real estate license at 19

I plan on getting my real estate license in the near future, and was wondering is it realistic to be able to work for a brokerage at 19 without any formal experience? I read you only need a high school diploma, but I also realize that minimum requirements are not always enough anymore.

Your age doesn't make any difference, and in fact, coming into the market after all the changes in recent, etc. will probably be a benefit to you, and you're not looking at how things used to be. What is important is finding an office that has a training program that is set up and in place to help you in your career, and someone available to answer your questions. Learn everything you can, ask questions, learn your market. Good luck.
