Looking for a new area to do flips within a 2hr flight from LA
Looking for new areas within 2 hr flight of LA in trendy cool areas. An area where design has value.
I have been involved doing 400+ flips in LA but looking for some other markets to dabble in. There just is so many cities and I'm not sure which may have the most potential. Thank you Jonathan
