New Real Estate Agent getting involved with REI!

Chris Morales
Posted

Hello BP Community!

I'm a new Real Estate Agent who has predominantly been working the rental market in New York (Brooklyn, Queens). It was only a matter of time before I stumbled upon Real Estate Investing! Right now I want to get good at analyzing properties and finding deals for buyers. I figure if I can do this for investors then I'll learn how to do it for myself. Has anyone gone this route or have any advice? Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Chris

@Chris Morales Hi Chris, I started as an investor first and then opened up my brokerage company. I also work with a lot of investors as well. I have gone on We buy houses appointments for investors to get homes under contract for them. I would go to all the investor meetings to network with investors. It helped me become the #1 agent in Colorado and #4 in the nation.
