Best ways to convert fsbos?
What are some proven ways to convert fsbos into listings? The couples price point is well above average and the house looks phenomenal...just not priced so well.

Bring them a buyer. It may not be at their price point but that's a lot easier to negotiate than hounding them for a listing. Whenever we have done a FSBO that's all we ever asked, bring me a buyer & you get 3% or don't waste my time. Worked every time for us & we have kept that agent on tap for several more !!!
