Hello BP community, I’m new to this forum I joined after reading “Rental Property Investing” I’m currently taking classes to become a Agent here in Ohio. To all the agents out there, what makes a good brokerage and what are some typical fees associated with them (desk fees, usage cost, etc)

Welcome to BP @Darius Price! Definitely agree with @Kobe Xin. Spend some time researching what would suit you best and what aligns well with your end goals, and get involved with RE groups to gain insight from other agents/brokers. I too am on the road to obtaining my license this year, and interacting through BP/meeting local investors helped provide information on numerous brokerages. Nonetheless, best of luck with your endeavors!
