Title company saying non essential business closed
Governor of Pennsylvania ordered to close any non essential business so the title company is saying that closing can’t be done next week. Are you seeing the same thing ?

Here in CA, they're just moving to mobile notaries.
John Q Public is not being allowed in the various county recorders offices. Sally B Courier, who works for a title company, is being allowed in to file recordings etc.
