My wife and I are looking to purchase a property to rent out. Is it wise to do so post Coronavirus or should we wait?

Now is always a good time. People will always need a place to live. Buy a duplex or larger that is in a great location that will both cash flow and appreciate. If you need help identifying in KC please let me know.
