I need a Real Estate Broker ASAP!
I am partners with a developer and we have approximately 5,000 homesites to unload out of our portfolio. I need a broker to help me list these homesites. Homesite price is ranging from $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 and the broker commission is 10% per homesite. Developer pays for a 2 day/1 night tour of the development and does in-house financing guranteed. We have already sold 6,000 of the original 11,000 homesites. All interested agents/brokers please contact me at the number listed below.
