Real Estate Firm Recommendation?

Hello All!

I would appreciate hearing your recommendation of a real estate firm or team in Central New Jersey that has a strong track record working with real estate investors. I work in Finance as an Advisor and also have my R.E. License and looking to bring these two specialties together. Thanks!

Definitely the BP resource will be good for you but look at the forum and see who's active in the area that can help. If this were normal times I would suggest going to networking events and mingle to find the right fit but you can also go to FB groups that invest in the local area to see who's providing good feedback and would be a good RE team to speak with.

Are you looking to put your license there or do you want an agent to get you properties? I am in North Jersey and I am sourcing a top Central Jersey investor-friendly agent for someone now so I can pass that along. But if you are looking to park your license, you have a lot of options. I've worked for four different brokerages and each one treats the agent/investor differently. Happy to discuss if you want.

Hi @Millie Baptiste!  I'm not in the NJ area, but you could try going to BiggerPockets.com > Network (in the top ribbon) > Real Estate Agents and then filter by your zip code.  Feel free to look through all the agent profiles and see if there is a common firm that many of them are a part of.  If they're on BP, there's a good chance they work with investors quite a bit.

I also just saw you posted this a few days ago.  Have you had any luck yet?  Finding a great firm will definitely get you started on the right track!
