Hi BP,

Looking to make contact with some local Boise, ID agents that have previous experience with 1031 exchanges. My in-laws are visiting Boise at the end of the month from Eugene where they have ~12 units. They would like to meet a few agents that have experience working with investors as they will be considering relocating to Boise and moving their capital out of Eugene and into the Boise market. Please reach out!

Thanks!

Kyle

Your agent doesn’t really need to know much about 1031’s....your QI will give you the best guidance in relation to the 1031....someone like @Dave Foster. One tip, try to be in contract on the replacement when you close on the sale of the existing property.....helps with the identifying portion.
