Boise, ID agents with 1031 experience

Looking to make contact with some local Boise, ID agents that have previous experience with 1031 exchanges. My in-laws are visiting Boise at the end of the month from Eugene where they have ~12 units. Your agent doesn’t really need to know much about 1031’s....your QI will give you the best guidance in relation to the 1031....someone like @Dave Foster. One tip, try to be in contract on the replacement when you close on the sale of the existing property.....helps with the identifying portion.
