Finding new clients in 2020

Hi fellow agents and brokers. I am wondering what people are doing to generate new clients these days? I feel my sphere is overworked and is not producing me any clients lately. Is anyone investing money in their websites, or facebook ads? Id love to hear what other agents are doing to keep business consistent.

Thanks for sharing.

@Rich Hupper

Write down everyone you know, 200 people, and call 10 a day for about a month and remind them. For Facebook ads listen to some GaryVee on very targeted, 40 different personalized thoughtful ads targeted to: town, neighborhood, sports teams, school parent groups, local fire department, Scouts, etc. Do a presentation at a REIA, call Estate Attorneys, call accountants, network with the people who are ahead of the home buying processes. Get back to the boots on the ground fundamentals, Best of luck!
