What are the best colleges, or online programs?

I've done Rockwell & CE Shop online. Both are pretty painful and poorly done, but you have to do your time somewhere.

Why do you want to get your license? Have you bought and sold your primary residence or rental properties using a realtor? What is your work background before this?


Getting (and maintaining!) your RE License is pretty expensive. Definitely talk to some other brokers, make sure you know where you fit in this market, and get confident that this is a career worth pursuing before investing the time and money.
