New Investor Agent

Hello everyone,

I need some piece of advice. I just applied for my state exam and preparing to become a real estate agent, but I want to become an investor real estate agent. I am incredibly passionate about numbers and investing, and want to dive very deep into investing and help investors rather than studying scripts for the first time home buyers. I am struggling with where should I start and if it's even possible to become an investor agent at the beginning of my career? As technically I have to work under brokerage for two years and I cannot find any brokerage which works specifically with investor and will teach me all the ROI, cash flow, etc.

@Anastasia Polianska

You can definitely be an investor agent right off the bat! A lot of agents only work with investors because of the repeat business from them. You don’t need to work with first time home buyers first because that can be a whole different market and you would use a different strategy.

Good luck on your exam!
