Direct Mail Marketing as an Investor/Agent
Hello BP community!
I’ll be sending out mailers to see if I can get some good deals on off market properties. I’m a Real Estate Agent/Investor so I’m trying to figure out a way to ask homeowners that if we can’t come to terms on price that I can also offer my services to list the house as a real estate agent. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
