What did you guys use to study for the real estate exam?

Cram for like 3 days, most of it isn't necessary long term info. Keep taking practice tests until you score consistently 85-90+

@Max T. How did you get those few deals before coming licensed?

@Keanalyn Wolford All I did was the required coursework that comes before the exam. Having closed a few deals prior to getting the license definitely helped.

@Keanalyn Wolford Reached out to the director of Career Development at one of the larger real estate brokerages and they hooked me up. Got my license about 4 years ago. The cost of the courses totaled about $400.
