I’m a 17 year old kid and I’d like to become very wealthy through investments in Real Estate but I don’t know where to start. I know I need a job but is there a specific job I should get? Should I go to college and get a degree or should I take online courses? If you could just give me the whole baseline of what I should do to get started that would be great. Thank you.

Nathan, I would personally recommend you look for a team. Honestly, I would not purchase a house from an 18-year-old kid with no life experience that has never owned a house. Odds are very good you've never signed a lease agreement. I won't even buy a house from a 40-year-old that has never owned a house. If you join a team, you can be involved in the transactions and learn from people with experience, accelerating your growth dramatically.

Find the most successful real estate person in your community...could be a broker, an investor, builder, flipper, financer or whatever. Go to work for them. Hustle ever day. Learn from them, ask them questions, ask for assignments. Work for them 40-60 hours a week while you go to college for finance, marketing, business, economics, or something along those lines. Read a financial book a month. Ask the boss what books they are reading. During the next 4-5 years determine where your interest is, ask your boss for investing advice as you save money. Follow in their footsteps.
