Dallas real estate agent (who also invests)

Currently looking to start working with a real estate agent who is focuses on working with investors. I have purchased 3 properties with a real estate agent but feel that she doesn’t quite understand the investor mentality and want to consider working with another agent. Prefer someone who knows and understands the Dallas / Ft Worth market and surrounding areas.

I would be interested to know more about the disconnect.   What issues have you had?   What challenges are you facing with her.

I had an interesting conversation with a potential investor the other day.  He gave me his requirements and I told him....I almost never see what you want with those numbers.  I like your numbers, I believe in your numbers, but I just rarely see anything that matches that or even close.   I told him I could put him on my list of investors and would send him properties that fit that, but don't expect to hear from me often.   His comment was then something like you're the 10th realtor I've spoken with and no one will help me.   It's not that I did not want to help him, just that I don't see often what he wants.
