I've used salesforce, KV Core, CRM Grow. The one I use most is CRMGrow. Relatively new company. I don't use all of the bells and whistles in KV and SF. CRMG is pretty minimalist which I like.

@Sean Wenderoth it all comes down to how your business is setup.  How do you do most of your prospecting/ marketing?  Answer that and then selecting a CRM to match is easy.

@Sean Wenderoth I use kvCORE and it is SUPER powerful, but it is really setup for residential real estate sales.  There are some investor-centric ones out there, and I'm not sure any one tool would be good for both.

@Sean Wenderoth I’ve built a custom one that works just fine. It works for wholesaling, as well as retail conventional clients.

We also use KVCore and our brokers for the most part enjoy it. I don't really use the CRM but I do love the marketing tools it provides.
