I plan to start a PM company the first quarter of this year. I have been researching and asking a lot of questions to other PM companies. It seems the M/O varies greatly!
Anyways, what I need is a good contract for owners. Any recommendations as to an attorney in FL that prepares these? I prefer someone with experience. I plan to buy a policies and procedures manual from one of the online companies. I am purchasing Buildium on Monday. I have not made up my mind on a CRM yet. Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
