I registered my corporate name with the State of FL for my new brokerage. It is called Wealth Realty And Property Management, Inc. My application for the brokerage license is in the works! Purchased Buildium for PM side of the operation. REALLY looking forward to being active again. BP will be an excellent source of new business in the near future. For the past few years, my focus has been running my portfolio and buying for myself. Now I am going to be chasing down millionaire buyers in Naples to make some real money:)
