Hey guys,
So I purchased two courses from Real Estate Express as I am trying to get my Pennsylvania RE license. There is a 30 and a 45 hour course along with a final exam for each one that I must pass before I am eligible to sit for the PA exam. I just want to confirm with any other agents who started in NJ and expanded into PA...is this actually a requirement? I heard someone mention that taking these courses may not be required as I am already licensed in NJ.
If anyone on here could confirm I would certainly appreciate it!
Thanks,

NJ doesn't share reciprocity with PA (or any state for that matter). You are correct that you need to complete the 75 hours of course work (even though you're already a licensed realtor) before sitting for the state exam. Most states share reciprocity with a few other states and it is often the case that you simply need to sit for the exams and skip the course work in order to get the license... not in this instance, however.
