Hey everyone!

I’m currently working on getting my real estate license here in Houston, TX. I was wondering if you are able to submit your real estate license application before completing the whole course?

Thanks !

Hi Andrea,

Hope you are doing well.  Yes, you can submit your application through TREC and initiate your account.  You will have to complete several steps as you go along, including your education.  Once that is complete, you will then be required to get testing done as well as fingerprinting and selecting your Broker to hand your license.  But ultimately, you can start your application process through them in order to get each step processed.

Hope this helps.
