Generate leads from expiring apartment leases
Hey biggerpockets! I’m a 17 year old looking to become an agent and trying to expand my knowledge on RE everyday. Is it possible to get a list of people on leases at apartment buildings? I’ve never heard of anyone doing this before and I thought cold calling expiring leases could generate great business if possible!
