Agent and Wholesaler
As a real estate agent learning about the REI world, how could I help a wholesaler? I received a lead who wants to wholesale and is looking in my area of the world (Columbia, SC). What would make sense? I can send him properties, I can help him find buyers with a compensation agreement...any other agents (or experienced wholesalers or investors) have any input that might help me put some deals together?
