Trouble Finding An Agent

Hello everyone!

I'm actively searching for rental property deals in Dayton, Ohio while living in Orlando, Florida, but am having a weird amount of trouble finding an agent. I've reached out to many in the last two weeks and have not had a single returned call or email. Any advice?

I have several properties I'm interested in, I'm preapproved for an investment property mortgage with my long-time credit union, and have property management, landscaping, and general maintenance already lined up. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you!
