Searching for a Real Estate Agent

I’m a rookie real estate (soon to be) investor looking to buy and hold property in the Dallas,Tx area. I’m searching for a real estate agent who is experienced in dealing with out of state investors.

I am a total beginner in this real estate investing world and have never purchased property before.

Any advise and referrals I greatly appreciate.
