How to profit from leads

My company is moving 140 employees to the Orlando , Florida area and I wanted to see how I can profit from connecting those individuals to real estate agents in the area. They all will be looking for new homes and all have a income over 100k a year and most are established individuals that have been with the company over 7 years.

You can become and agent and legally get the referral fees for all the business. Would need some work to set up a team to service all those leads so you'll have to screen the agents in FL but worthwhile effort for sure.
