CPA for Realtors in WI

Ok I’m at my second CPA interview this year. Am I being too picky?!

I do want a CPA that specializes in real estate. Or at least has an established clientele with real estate interests.

Annie, you aren't being too picky! I'm trying to get up the courage to leave my accountant.  Here is a recommendation for you: Eric Trost of SVA (pricey but comes highly recommended by over a dozen investors). Another one to consider is Daniel Hyman.  You can find him here on BP.
