Hi I just sold my CA long term rental and I've narrowed my search to Tampa for my next STR.

Is anyone familiar with that market?

I am also looking for a lender.

Hey @Brandon Leffler. Tampa is a solid market for str. If you’re looking across the bay in Pinellas county though, be careful as each municipality has their own rules and regulations in place for str. Let me know if you have any specific questions you need help with.
