Wholesaling in Texas

In-person REI events should be opening up in Dallas very soon. I recommend you attend every possible monthly REI MeetUp in your area. I also recommend you never believe anything someone tells you...always do your own research to confirm. There are thousands of "new investors" who believe they're ready to teach others after completing only one or two two marginally successful assignments. If you plan to be here for the long term, don't be one of those people. I also recommend this same philosophy when dealing with agents and brokers. The amount of absolute false information they provide is astounding. Always take what they say with a grain of salt and do your own research to confirm.

Definitely! thank you so much for the advice. I attended my first REI virtually last week, a handful of information was shared.
